Fundraiser for
Splash Park

      The Romeo Kids Foundation will hold a Christmas in July Splash Park promotion/fundraiser from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, July 28, in cooperation with the Bruce Township Open House.
       A "splash attack" booth with participation of many candidates running for office in the Aug. 7 election will be available. Santa will be there from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and will listen to children's early Christmas wants and desires while handing out candy and gifts.
       There will also be a contest to win a chance for a child to ride the Splash Park float in the Peach Festival Children's Parade and Floral Parade on Labor Day. Tickets will be sold for an opportunity to win a Party at the Peach Fest of the Floral Parade for the winner and 20 of their friends.
       The foundation meets at 7 p.m. the third Tuesday of every month at the Splash Park site behind Bruce Township Hall. For information visit www.romeokidsfoundation.org or call (586) 752-7534.
