Harvest Time
Walk set for Oct. 7

Samaritan House is asking people to put their hearts and "soles" into motion to stop hunger.
Greenfield Collision will be the major sponsor of the Harvest Time Walk on Sunday, Oct. 7 at St. John Lutheran Church in Romeo. Registration begins at 1 p.m.
The walk will feature both one mile and 5K routes that wind through residential streets in Romeo. Money raised by the walkers will go toward the Samaritan House's food and emergency assistance programs.
Walkers are welcome to use strollers, wagons and wheelchairs. Bikes, skateboards and skates are asked to be left at home.
Samaritan House assists nearly 300 households per month with services like a food pantry and utility and rent assistance.
