Nominations open
for Miss Armada

      The Armada Agricultural Society is seeking nominations for Miss Armada 2013.
       The ideal candidate should have interpersonal skills, be friendly and polite, outgoing, a good role model and love her community. The girls represent not only the Armada Fair but the village and township of Armada.
       Candidates must be between the ages of 17 and 24 and live within or have attended the Armada School District. Home-schooled and private school girls are also eligible.
       The pageant will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, March 15, at Armada High School.
       Nomination forms are due by Friday, Feb. 22, and applications must be submitted by Friday, March 8. Candidates need not be nominated to apply.
