DDA re-evaluating
director position

      The Romeo Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is still looking to fill its executive director vacancy.
       At its Feb. 13 meeting, the DDA's hiring committee decided it needed more time to re-evaluate its executive director position before making a decision.
       Members of the DDA hiring committee interviewed a number of the total candidates this past week, and from those interviews decided to re-define the position and its priorities.
       The committee expects to report back on March 6. The DDA must gain approval from the Village Board of Trustees before it can fill the part-time position.
