CUDDLY ANIMALS AT GRAUBNER
Zookeeper Javon Stacks and his Exotic Zoo will be at Graubner Library at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 26. He will bring ferrets, rabbits, an artic fox, kinkajou, honey bear and more animals. No reservations are needed but seating is limited. Graubner is located at 65821 Van Dyke in Washington Township. For information call 586-752-0603, ext. 5.

BLOOD DRIVE

       An American Red Cross blood drive will be held from 2-8 p.m., Thursday, April 9, at the Graubner Library in Washington Township. GREAT MARSHMALLOW DROP

       Oakland County Parks will hold the Great Marshmallow Drop at 10 a.m., Friday, April 3, at Catalpa Oaks County Park, 27725 Greenfield Road in Southfield. The event is free. Children will participate by age groups. The helicopter will fly over for each age group. Children can exchange their marshmallows for a prize. For information visit DestinationOakland.com

WASHINGTON ART GUILD TO MEET

       The Washington Art Guild will meet at 7 p.m., Monday, April 6, at the Washington Township Hall at 26-1/2 Mile and Van Dyke. Local artist Amy Foster will be the guest speaker. She is a figurative artist and has received numerous awards for her drawings in both gallery exhibitions and through several art fairs. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments and socializing.
