PMS volleyball results . . .

      The Powell Middle School eighth grade volleyball team beat Romeo Middle School, 25-15, 22-25, 25-19, during the Friendship Game held Monday, Nov. 5. The team ended the season with a 10-2 record.
       Krystal Radzitowski and Taylor Timoszyk took Powell out to a large 11-4 lead in game one. Kassidy Simpson, Maddy Collins and Courtney Pichette kept up the strong serving. Ally Bauer and Geena Bongiorno played tough defense.
       The seventh grade team beat Romeo Middle School in all three games, ending the season with an 11-1 record.
       Madison Frick and Kamryn Duffield had great serves and Mackenzie Henion had a kill in the final and deciding game. Brooke Celusnak was all over the court on defense.
       The eighth grade volleyball team beat New Haven in three games (25-9, 25-7, 25-13) on Thursday, Nov. 1.
       Ally Malcom, Bongiorno and Kamryn Hugo served aces in game one. In game two, Nikki Mulder, Pichette, Dianna Westrick and Grace Rivard served aces. Radzitowski, Sydney Mazur and Allison Temple served aces in game three.
