Military moms
seek donations

      The Moms of Michigan Military and Supporters (MOMMS) are seeking help with supporting troops during National Military Appreciation Month.
       From May 2 to May 4, the MOMMS is seeking supplies to put in care packages that will be sent out in May to soldiers overseas. Romeo High School and the Romeo Engineering and Technology Center are collecting supplies such as snack-sized food, drink mixes and travel-sized hygiene items.
       A care packaging party will be held at 1 p.m. on May 6 at the Lenox Fire Department in New Haven.
