Ballot proposal
meetings in Sept.

      Armada Township has been holding a series of meetings to discuss the proposed 1.5 mill ballot proposal on the November ballot that would pay for the county sheriff to patrol the township.
       A final meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 24. It will be held at the township hall, 23121 E. Main Street, Armada. The sheriff will be present at the meeting.
