RCS to hold
first tech meeting

      Romeo Community Schools is inviting staff, parents and residents to have a say in implementing technology.
       The first community meeting of the Education Technology Leadership Team is scheduled from 7-9 p.m. today, Jan. 23, at the Romeo Engineering and Technology Center.
       At the meeting, working subcommittees will be formed by those in attendance to work on specific areas of need and interest now that the education bond for technology is in effect. Areas include the creation of a timeline, deciding the items for purchase and planning professional development for staff.
       From January to June, the team will meet in the evening to report back on the progress they have made. No RSVP is required for the Jan. 23 meeting.
