Wild turkey hunt
seminar April 6


      The Knights of Columbus #7561 and National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) will hold a Wild Turkey Hunting Seminar Saturday, April 6, at Creek Center Banquet Hall.
       Kids' activities begin at 2 p.m. followed by a 3:30 p.m. seminar and a 5 p.m. buffet followed by raffles.
       Archery shooting events and the NWTF J.A.K.E.S. trailer for kids, state champion turkey calling demos, turkey mounts, raffles, door prizes and more will be featured.
       All aspects of turkey hunting, such as how to obtain a license, hunting methods, scouting, calling techniques, camo, shotgun patterning, laws and regulations, will be covered.
       Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under. All net proceeds will be donated to the Knights of Columbus and the National Wild Turkey Federation Macomb Lost Gobblers Chapter.
