Polish up your antique cars, bikes, or groom your horses and join in on the fun during the Strawberry Festival Parade in Leonard on July 20.
Or pull up a lawn chair and watch the excitement march past.
Enjoy this fun-filled day eating strawberry sundaes, riding prancing ponies or listening to The Imperials and impersonators of Willie Nelson and Patsy Cline. Street dancing will feature the Haulin Ellis Band.
There will be plenty more entertainers to hear, booths to shop, rides to enjoy, and a petting zoo for the kids. Amusement rides are free.
Friday night kick-off is with Mitch Washer from 5-8 p.m. On Sunday, there will be gospel singing hosted by the Leonard Community Church from 3-5 p.m. at 4391 Whitehead in Leonard.
For more information and entry forms to participate in the parade, car show, and bake off log onto www.strawberryfest.net.
