With or without snow, Romeo-Bruce-Washington Parks and Recreation is hosting a cardboard sled race and snowman contest.
The event will award the fastest sled time and most creative sleds, which must be built from cardboard. Participants can bring their own supplies to win a prize in an optional snowman contest.
The event will run from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 25 at the Community Center on Morton Street. The event is free, but registration is required. Call (586) 752-6543 for more information.
