2012 Floral
Parade winners

      The winning entries for the 2012 Michigan Peach Festival Floral Parade have been announced.
       Judges selected first- and second-place winners in seven different categories for the main parade of the festival, held Sept. 3. The results are as follows:
       Non-commercial entry: Romeo Area Tea Party, first; Knights of Columbus, second. Commercial Entry: Blake's Big Apple, first; Mouse House Travel, second. Novelty: Hardy Highwheelers, first; Michigan Carvers, second. Dance: Romeo High School Cheerleaders, first; Romeo High School Dance Team, second. Vehicles: Bad Seed Boggers, first; Covair Club, second. Senior Marching: Plymouth Fife & Drum, first; Branch 28, second. Junior Marching: Stevenson High School, first; Romeo High School, second.
