Bruce seeks $7m
in road projects

Bruce Township is seeking $7 million in road improvement projects at little to no costs.
Bruce and Macomb County officials are expecting to meet within the next couple of weeks to discuss three projects that would cost an estimated $7 million, but could cost only a fraction of that due to grant funding.
The projects include paving 34 Mile Road from Campground to Fisher roads, capping 33 Mile Road from Powell to McKay roads and extending McKay from 33 Mile Road to intersect with 32 Mile Road.
The projects are estimated at $2.2 million, $100,000 and $5 million, respectively.
