Washington Township is seeking volunteers to assist the newly-formed beautification committee that will add some visual touches throughout the town.beautify formed Volunteers could help brainstorm ideas for seasonal displays around town, identify key spots to highlight, and seek out additional help and donations, among others. Supervisor Dan O'Leary said defining the township's entrances with signage could be on the list as well. Treasurer Linda Verellen, Clerk Kathy Bosheers and Trustee Abby Jacobson volunteered Nov. 28 to be on the beautification committee. "I think this is a great idea," Trustee Harold Miller said of the committee. |
